Nokia Z500 Tablet Running MeeGo OS Hits Ovi Store

We have previously brought you details on the MeeGo operating system, which you can see a video of it running on a netbook. It can also be used in some vehicles and on other devices such as tablet PCs, TVs, computers and Cell phones.

An article written by Thomas Ricker over at engadget.com reveals that a Nokia tablet, which is said to run MeeGo’s open source OS, called the Z500 seems to have appeared in the company’s Ovi Store.

Although at this stage there is no real information on specs and price, there have been suggestions regarding the size of the screen. According to Chris Davies from slashgear.com, the Nokia Z500 could possibly come with either a 7 or 9-inch touchscreen.
